ABSTRACTS SENT TO THE CONGRESS
 
  • Abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee of the 7th International Congress of Health Sciences will be included in the congress booklet (digitally/online) provided that they are registered and presented to our congress.
  • Our congress is a refereed event and the acceptance of the abstract will be made after the evaluation of the referees.
  • After the abstracts are accepted to the congress, they will be added to our web page for printing or they may be asked to re-arrange them according to the template that will be sent to the authors by e-mail.
  • Participants will be able to present their oral presentations in Turkish or English according to their own preferences.
  • Oral abstracts that are not presented will be removed from the abstract book.
  • Compilations will not be accepted.

 

RULES FOR PREPARING AND SUBMITTING PAPERS

  • Abstracts will be uploaded to the system in accordance with the criteria and the deadline announced by the Congress Organizing Committee to be forwarded to the Scientific Board President.
  • The author who applies for a paper and will present the paper must have completed the congress registration process.
  • A participant can present a maximum of 2 papers at the congress.
  • The papers to be submitted must not have been published / presented before.
  • The Board of Referees may decide to accept the paper as is, accept it with changes or reject it and shares the reasons for this decision with the paper owners.
  • The abstract (excluding the Title, Authors and Institution Names) should not exceed 250 words in total, and the full text paper should not exceed 1500 words.
  • Abstracts / Full Text Papers should be structured. They should be written using the Introduction and Purpose, Methods, Findings and Conclusion headings.
  • Introduction and Purpose: The purpose and objectives of the study or the problem should be defined.
  • Methods: Method(s) and subjects/animals, treatments and interventions should be defined and explained. Statistical analysis methods and ethics committee approval should be stated.
  • Results: Should be written in clear language and must include statistical results.
  • Conclusion: Data and the main result of the study should be clearly stated and the importance of the results should be emphasized.
  • Abstract/Full Text Papers should be written in "Times New Roman" font, 10 Point and Justified, in accordance with the Paper Template.
  • Page margins should be arranged as 2.5 cm on the top, bottom, right and left sides.
  • References should be specified at the end of the text, not within the text.
  • Abstract/Full Text Papers must be prepared in English.
  • After the author names and surnames are entered, a number for the institution name will be specified in parentheses. If all authors are from the same institution, there is no need to specify a number.
  • After the specified number, a "*" sign will be placed next to the number behind the responsible author. If all researchers in the study work at the same institution, it is sufficient to put (*) after the name and surname.
